Registration

The data collected during the registration will be processed SOLELY for the purposes of the Conference, such as e.g. distribution of links and Book of Abstracts. The registration is now closed. If you have already registered opting for a poster, please send us the poster abstract as editable file AND the poster as PDF as soon as possible! The poster abstract does not have to be in a specific arrangement – we will do the layout for the Book of Abstracts – but please send us an editable file for the abstract (Word, OpenOffice). The poster itself should be easily screen-readable, so PDF with A4 size is preferred. The schedule for poster flash presentations, divided over three days, was announced on Wednesday, 18.06.2025. The flash presentations are planned to last max. 5 minutes.
